About Our Mission

To equip every age with authentic Islamic knowledge that becomes worship, character, and community service, so each of us can Be the Change.

Our Story

Before IAIK existed, many in our city were searching for the same thing: reliable Islamic knowledge, taught with clarity, that speaks to real life: prayer, family, character, and community. We answered that call by gathering qualified teachers and committed volunteers to build a place where learning naturally becomes service.

From day one, our focus has been simple: anchor in Qur’an and Sunnah, teach with ihsan, welcome every age, and measure success by the benefit we bring to families. The result is an institute that helps people grow: youth who love their deen, parents who lead with mercy, and professionals who serve with integrity. IAIK isn’t just an institute where you can study; it’s where you be the change.

Weekday School Student

Huliyat Nkrumbih

When I first came here, I didn't have that much Islamic knowledge, but through the help of IAIK I am now able to thrive. I have so much more islamic knowledge and have grown as a Muslim. Thank you IAIK!

Weekend School Student

Malik Ajmi

My experience here has been absolutely exponential. At first it was hard for me, but my teachers and sheikh's really helped me grow and develop my Arabic, Quran, and islamic studies knowledge. I am very delighted about my experience here, and I hope to learn more in the future

Weekday School Teacher

Ms. Huda Ali

One of the most beautiful moments for me is when I recite the Qur’an with my students. I feel very happy when I see them reciting the Qur’an and improving in their level. I try to teach them Arabic, and since most of the students speak / understand the Arabic language, I speak to them in Arabic most of the time to help both expand their vocabulary and their understanding. I have learned patience and understanding. May Allah reward everyone with the best reward, and thank you to Sheikh and Maira for helping in raising these children
